Domhnall O'Donovan

Thank you indeed Domhnall O Donovan if you have finished with Clare hurling due to work commitments, as suggested today, we would have not witnessed the joy of winning 2013 without you.
Perhaps he may not have looked the most technically gifted hurler of all time, but he was a true warrior who gave it all on the field he was badly thanked for his 2013 exploits by the management in 2014 but that's another story.

He is really only reaching his prime at 27 so could well return at another time but with a demanding job like he has and the demands required of a top hurler these days its most unlikely

Anyway Domhnall best of luck in future & thank you for the day as they say

Good luck to him.
There is a squad full of Clare men with all Ireland medals in their pockets thanks to his equalizing point in that drawn game.

Best of luck to him, end of the day its an amateur game and he has to think his own life. He is a legend now, alongside Baker, Taaffe and Jamesie for iconic scores. All the best Domhnaill!
