Clare v's Cork Munster Final

(Oldest Posts First)

Best of luck to Clare on Sunday. God knows we will probably need it, heres hoping Clare catch them on the hop. And we revisit happy memories of '92. 22/1 for the win. Lets give it socks and see how it goes...

its a long long shot but lets hope they can pull off a massive surprise and do the business. Stranger things have happened. We should have beaten Down last year in the park.

Surprised to see that Enda Coughlan has been dropped from the team that Limerick-good player .
I wish Clare the very best of luck , the whole country is behind you and maybe just maybe this Clare team can achieve what the team of 92 achieved and pull off the shock of the decade so far IMO

would imagine if the hurlers win on sat nite it might increase the attendance and interest somewhat.....expect 6/7k from clare i hope....amazed munster council would not do a package for both matches to drive attendance.....it might be better served than talking about a seeded draw...

disappointing day....huge gulf in class...about 25 places.....clare tried awful hard and no disgrace but from conditioning /size /squad depth etc...miles behind cork.... won pulling up and cruised second half....totally naive defending for the goals ....cork pull down and talk the yellow than give the goal away and fair play to them....to be fair given the choice of seeded draw than a mismatch like today.. i would prefer seeded draw...
manager5 yes kelly is feisty but showed a bit of spark...congrats on hurling today

Gary Brennan is older.
Not certain on his age but would guess around 23.

I hear Martin McMahon refused to come on as sub in Munster Final, suprised he didnt start final and is the only Kilmurray Ibrickane player who has consistently togged out for the county.

hope they put on a decent show against kerry....not sure how training has gone since the cork match.....they really could have done with a handier draw...
