But what about the " nothing beats being there " adds.
Good coverage in fairness. Fair play to Setanta.

Armagh are always featured a lot on setanta in the last few years must be some connection!!!

Still decent line up of games featuring a lot of counties !

I think 2 years ago Armagh had 3 live game also.

does seem a bit skewed. only 5 teams from div 2 feature with armagh on 3 times, tyrone twice and no games for Galway,Meath or Cavan.

does anyone know the TG4 schedule . all I can see is the first round games featuring Cork v Mayo and Roscommon v Monaghan.

The reason Armagh are often featured is because these are all Saturday night games and Armagh have great floodlights & a lovely tight stadium in which to showcase their home league fixtures.

As an Armagh supporter i doesn't bother me i would go to most of them so wouldn't bother me either way!! tho its good to see them Highlighting the great Facilities that we have up here, really is an unreal place to play and watch football..

Has to be the lights and Facilities cause its not the football that we are playing!!!!!

TG4 will show live and deferred games but will have good matches

SETANTA SPORTS are very good as they do show a lot of matches live and deferred

SKY SPORTS will probably get a few matches

Premium Sports have class fixtures live and deferred

Guys just in relation to TG'4 coverage that croigorm posted the link to.

Do they not show the football junior and intermediate club finals at all?

Won't be in Dublin but would love to tune in to see how St Mary's and Templenoe get on.

Does anyone know if they are being shown anywhere on tv?

Having had the pleasure of visiting the Athletic Grounds in Armagh twice last year I would recommend anyone to visit. Great facilities and the ground itself is perfect for going to watch a match.

SKY SPORTS will probably get a few matches

Sky Sports only show Championship games, no league games.

Thanks CroiGorm for the link to the TG4 schedule. I always find their site so difficult to navigate.

Does anyone know what games TG4 are showing this weekend? The schedule I'd posted previously just says 'Allianz Hurling League, Round 5, Live & deferred coverage'.

And yes I have checked online! Their website just says 'Live Coverage of GAA matches', and the RTE Guide online gives details of last weekends fixtures! 'Galway v Tipperary (Throw-in 2.00pm). Live coverage of the National Hurling League match from Pearse Stadium, followed by deferred coverage of Donegal v Roscommon in the National Football League. '

not sure, but if a had to take a guess I'd say Kilkenny v Dublin followed by deferred coverage of Tipp v Cork.

Its Clare v Limerick live and Tipp v Cork deferred.

To be fair, the first match is effectively a promotion playoff so was the best choice. Depending on results elsewhere, the second game could be a dry run for the relegation playoff.
