Lough Lene Gaels Camogie Club had player representation on the Westmeath panel of players that played Cavan in a Round 2 Divisional fixture of the U23 Camogie Championship at Kinnegad on Friday evening April 10th.

Westmeath 1.03 Cavan 0.02, was the match scoreline at half time. The match result was, Westmeath 4.09 Cavan 0.05, a win for Westmeath by a margin of 16 points. Lough Lene Gaels camogie club player Rianna Kennedy scored the four Westmeath goals. Congratulations to the Westmeath U23 Camogie Panel of players on the result versus Cavan and best wishes to the aforementioned, as they prepare to play Meath in a Round 3 Divisional fixture of the All Ireland U23 (C) Camogie Championship, which is scheduled to be played on Sunday April 26th.

Leinster U16 (C) Camogie Championship

Lough Lene Gaels Camogie congratulates the Westmeath U16 Camogie Panel of players, its own player representives in particular, and the team management, on winning the 2026 Leinster U16 (C) Camogie Championship competition. Westmeath played Kildare in the final of that competition at the James Stephens grounds, located in Kilkenny City, on Saturday April 11th. Westmeath 2.02 (08) Kildare 0.09 (09), was the match scoreline at half time. Westmeath 3.10 (19) Kildare 0.12 (12), was the match result.
