All Ireland U16 (B) Camogie Championship
Lough Lene Gaels Camogie club had player representives on duty on the Westmeath U16 panel of players selected for the conclusion of its schedule of fixtures in Group 2 of the All Ireland U16 (B) Camogie Championship, by the playing of a Round 3 match, Westmeath v Down, played at Raharney on Sunday March 22nd.
Match result, Westmeath 7.12 Down 1.05. Westmeath, Meath, along with Kildare and Armagh from Group 1, have qualified for the semi finals of the Cup category of the All Ireland U16 (B) Camogie Championship competition.
