Deceased members of our club.

Mass will be Offered for the Deceased members of our club on Saturday night next 31/1/26 at 6pm in St Feichin's Church, Fore.

 

Healthy club steps challenge Continues.

Our steps challenge continue on Tuesday evening last 20/1/26 with a fantastic turnout in Castlepollard new town park 

We are delighted with the turnouts we are getting. Keep up the great work every step counts.

We are back again on next Tuesday evening next 27/1/26 meeting in the Library car park Castlepollard for 7pm. Claire and Aidan will lead from the front. Not restricted to club members. 

Everyone is very welcome. So don't forget next Tuesday evening 27th meeting in the Library car park Castlepollard for 7 pm

Please wear a high vis jacket and any light you may have.

Could everyone hook up their watch or phone to the app. All steps are a help no matter how few

4. Click Leinster - Irish Life GAA Healthy Clubs Step Challenge 2026

5. Scroll down to the end & click Join

6. Put Ballycomoyle GAA into the search bar & click on it when it comes up

 7. Once registered go to Tracker on the bottom of the app and then select Trackers

 8. You can then go to My Devices and add you watch.

Our club split the pot draw takes a break for the month of January and returns on Saturday night January the 31/1/26. You can purchase our split the pot tickets.

Congratulations.

Congratulations to our County footballers on securing  a hard fought 1pt win over Sligo in Round 1 of Alliance League Division 3 at home in Cusack Park on  Sunday  afternoon lasted.

 

Sympathy 

Ballycomoyle GAA football club send our sincere sympathy to our First Aid officer Michael Fagan on the very sad passing of his sister Mary Salmon (nee Fagan) To Mary's loving 

Husband Christy, sons Alan and Shane, her mother Annie and sister Valerie, brothers Edward, Míchael, Martin and Darren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, daughter-in-law Una, Alans partner Deirdre, grandchildren Éabha, Clodagh and Darragh, nieces, nephews, aunt, uncles, cousins, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Our club send our Sincere Sympathy to the Goldrick and Fagan families on the very sad passing of Jean.

Jean will be deeply missed by her loving husband Gerry, son Gerard, grandchildren Lauren, Caitlin, Shauna, Eoghan and Grace, daughter-in-law Karen, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends near and far.
