Charity Match postponed 

 

The second Robbie Cooney Memorial match, scheduled to be played at Ringtown on Saturday January 25th, Lough Lene Gaels v Ballycomoyle/Ringtown, was postponed for a second time.

 

2025 Membership Fees

 

Lough Lene Gaels Hurling Club 2025 membership fees are as stated:

Adult Individual: E80

Adult Individual/Gym: E150

Social: E30

Juvenile Individual: E50

Family: E150

Family/Gym Access: *E150*

Closing day and date for payment of all 2025 membership categories is Monday March 31st 2025. Please note that the date of March 31st is as per regulation handed down by the National Governing body of the GAA.

 

Lotto 

 

Numbers drawn at a lotto draw, held at the Decotek Park Clubhouse on Monday January 20th were, 1, 17, 24 and 25. The jackpot was not won. No ticket entered for this lotto draw matched any three of the drawn numbers. A "lucky dip" draw for four prizes of E25 each was then necessary. Dypmna Hand, Lawrence Briody, Aoife Higgins Lawlor and Poppy Hughes each won E25. On next Monday evening February 3rd, the next lotto draw, for a jackpot of E3700, takes place at Decotek Park Clubhouse at 7pm.

 

Allianz National Hurling League 

 

Westmeath's Round 1 fixture in the 2025 National Hurling League, Westmeath v Laois, scheduled to be played on Saturday January 25th at Mull8ngar's TEG Cusack Park, was postponed due to a frozen pitch.
