Last Man Standing

We are back with our annual GAA Allianz League Last Man Standing competition.

Entry is €10 with the outright winner winning €400. Entries need to be in before this Friday, January 24 at 11pm. The entry fee can be paid to any club member, sent via Revolut to @melzw71j or via the ClubZap link: https://kilbegganshamrocks.com/products/16205/purchases/new

This year, all players eliminated in the first round will go back into a separate losers’ competition with the chance to win €100. Only players eliminated in the first round are eligible for this competition.

For Week 1, pick one team from each of Section A, Section B, Section C and Section D and email choices to [email protected]. Good luck!

New assistant secretary

Niall Carey will be ratified as assistant secretary at our first committee meeting of the year next Monday, January 27.

The position was vacated by Damian McLoughlin at last month’s AGM and wasn’t filled on the night. Best of luck to Niall in his new role.

Membership

Membership for 2025 is now due.

You can easily renew your membership by clicking on the link you would have received if you were a member last year. New members are always welcome and can join by downloading Clubzap and registering your details before clicking on the membership option.

Remember, if you are a player, you are not insured to play without being a paid-up member.
