Well done to Dermot Smith and Mick Murphy who ran the Edinburgh Marathon in very warm conditions last Sunday.

Fergal Fox hosts HSE Podcast

One of the hardest working underage mentors in our club, Fergal Fox is also host of the HSE Talking Health & Wellbeing Podcast.

Fergal has some very interesting guests every week and is well worth tuning into. The Podcast talks about the work of HSE Health & Wellbeing with its partners and gets under the bonnet of the work that’s taking place to achieve the Healthy Ireland ambition to create the optimum health and wellbeing for all.
