Killucan club notes

September 16, 2019

Hard luck to our Under 16's who were defeated by St.Loman's in a brilliant Division 1 championship final in The Downs on a scoreline of 6-7 to 3-9.

Sammy Clarke (2) and Jamie Mulkearns goaled in a game which was much closer than the scoreline suggests.

A big thanks to all the great support we had this afternoon and to all the players and management who have put in such hard work and effort during another successful year.

Keep the heads up lads!!!!

Cill Liúcainne Abú!!!!!

Our minors were given a walkover against St.Loman's and are now through to the Division 1 Shield final.

U17 Championship: away to Caulry on Saturday 21 at 2PM.

U14 Championship: at home to Caulry on Sunday 22 at 11AM.

All support is greatly appreciated!!!

There was no winner of our lotto jackpot held on September 9. Derek, David, Declan & Lorraine, Liam Leech and Donacha Farrell matched 3 numbers and won €70 each. Promoters prize went to Stephen Morley. Numbers drawn were 2, 13, 16 and 28.

This week's draw is in Jimmy's for a jackpot of €13,000. The funds raised from the lotto goes towards the running of the club.

All support is greatly appreciated!!!!

Best Wishes

To senior player Graham Flood who is 9 months into running a brand new state of the art service station located on the Trim Road, Navan and is a finalist in the national retail awards which takes place on the 18th of September.
