The 20th anniversary edition of 'Maroon & White', the official Westmeath GAA Yearbook, has hit the shop shelves.

The 408-page publication is packed with features and photos from another hectic season of GAA activity in the Lake County. It reviews the fortunes of Westmeath's inter-county football, hurling, camogie and ladies football teams, as well as those of the 47 clubs. There is also a review of Scor and handball activities.

Special features include interviews with county stars Killian Daly (football) and Liam Varley (hurling), new football manager Colin Kelly, hurling supremo Michael Ryan, retired county footballers Denis Glennon and Ger Heavin, long-serving hurling referee Jimmy Weldon and Multyfarnham manager Louis Ennis.

In addition, the book chooses its Football and Hurling Teams of the Year, which are sure to cause plenty of debate!

'Maroon & White' is once against edited by Kilbeggan native Randal Scally and is produced in conjunction with www.hoganstand.com. At just €4.95, it represents exceptional value for money.
