A comprehensive win over Fr Murphy’s last Wednesday helped put the ladies team back in contention for a place in the knockout stages of the London LGFA Junior Football Championship. With two group games remaining, it is all to play for as the Harps set their sights on a round four fixture against Tara next Saturday morning. Throw in is at 10.30am in Mitcham and all support is greatly appreciated.

Training continues for the ladies team on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 7.00pm in Peckham Rye Park.

The club dinner dance takes place on Saturday 23rd October in The Bromley Court Hotel. If you wish to purchase a ticket, please contact a player or committee member for details.

Good luck to Cliodhna Mc Grady who is running the Brighton marathon next Sunday to raise funds for the Macular Society.

This week we bid a fond farewell to Avril Dalton who is moving abroad and to Sadb Ní Ghiolláin on her return to Ireland.
