"If both teams play to the top of their games, Kerry will have too much"

Eamonn Fitzmaurice says its unthinkable but not impossible from a Kerry point of view for Cork to pull off an upset against them this weekend.
The two old rivals cross swords on Saturday at Pairc Ui Chaoimh (3pm) in the second round of the All-Ireland SFC’s round-robin stage, with both team chasing their second win in the group.
Speaking on the RTE GAA podcast this week, former Kingdom boss Fitzmaurice said that the All-Ireland champions will have too much for the Rebels if both teams were to hit top gear tomorrow afternoon.
"There is always the reminders of underage football, where they have lost to Cork teams. They know them from Sigerson," he said.
"There is always those angles to make sure that, from a Kerry perspective, that they are really tuned in for Saturday.
"From a Kerry point of view, it’s unthinkable (a Cork win), but not impossible.
"Looking at it through a Kerry lens, you go down there, you perform, you’re probably going to win. You go down there, you don’t show up, you’re probably going to lose.
"If both teams play to the top of their games, Kerry will have too much."
