Team news: Two Tipp debuts as Callanan to captain once again

Tipperary manager Liam Sheedy has given first Allianz Hurling League starts to two players in tomorrow evening's clash with holders Limerick at the LIT Gaelic Grounds.

Loughmore-Castleiney's Brian McGrath is making his debut with goalkeeper Barry Hogan of Kiladangan also starting his first senior league match.

McGrath, the younger brother of Noel and John, who are named on the bench, will start in defence anchored by Ronan Maher at full back.

Seamus Callanan will captain Tipp once again this year but the full forward has been left out of the match-day squad for the Division 1 opener.
