Keelan Cawley has been appointed the Sligo senior football captain for 2021 by new manager Tony McEntee.

The Coolera clubman takes over the role from Niall Murphy, who missed much of 2020 through injury.

The Yeats County were unable to field in the 2020 Connacht SFC due to their panel being affected by Covid-19.
