Roscommon football manager Anthony Cunningham has announced new additions to his backroom team for the 2022 season.

Luke Bree, Noel Dunning, Derek Duggan and Peter Tormey all come into the set-up, while Leo Tierney will take up the role of goalkeeping coach.

Gary Flannery remains in place as the team’s strength and conditioning coach.

It comes after Steven Poacher departed his coaching role with the Rossies earlier this week, with Mark Dowd, Iain Daly and Dara Bruen also stepping aside.

"On behalf of Roscommon GAA, I wish Anthony and his backroom team the very best of luck for 2022. I would like to welcome Luke, Noel, Derek, Peter and Leo on board,” said Roscommon chairperson Brian Carroll.

“A very special word of thanks to Mark Dowd, Iain Daly, Dara Bruen and Steven Poacher for their dedication and commitment to Roscommon GAA during their time with the Roscommon senior football team."
