Roscommon GAA praised for honouring county final refs

David Gough has called on other counties to follow Roscommon's lead by recognising the efforts of county final referees.

A presentation was made to St Ronan's match official Patrick McTiernan after he took charge of yesterday's Roscommon SFC final between Padraig Pearses and Clann na nGael at Hyde Park, and All-Ireland ref Gough feels such presentations should be the norm in every county.
