This evening's Leinster U20HC final between Wexford and Offaly has sold out.
The 'full house' sign will be up outside Netwatch Cullen Park which has a capacity of around 12,000. There is huge interest in the final between two counties who are hungry for success, leading many to question why it wasn't played a bigger venue like UMPC Nowlan Park or Laois Hire O'Moore County. Offaly had a massive following en route to last year's All-Ireland MHC final and that's now being replicated with the U20s after great wins over Galway and Dublin.
The Leinster final winners will face Cork in the All-Ireland decider on Saturday week, May 27 - the same day as Offaly are due to play Carlow in the Joe McDonagh Cup final at Croke Park. They will likely seek a postponement of the U20 final should they win this evening.
