I typically park in the train station (Cork Kent) or one of the Q Car Parks around the City and walk. Train station is cheap to park in, about €7/8 for the night.

It's about a 20-25 minute walk from there, not too far from Pairc Ui Chaoimh. That's what I did for the league game anyway.

There's not a whole lot of parking if any around Pairc Ui Rinn itself, so would probably avoid trying to park near it.

A lot of Meath crowd typically go to Costigans, think it's run by a fella from Ballinabrackey

Think Jordy Morris is our key player this weekend. We need him to play with maturity and be a leader which we know he can be. More efficiency, less mercurial. Take the easy scores. If he produces a performance, we'll be feeling confident.

Still unsure if Conlon will start, can see Robbie still using him for impact off the bench. It's a tough one, Banty will want to start. Big game for Rafferty as well, he needs to hold down the centre and show us all why he won an All-Star.

Don't know how Rafferty is still staying in that team if Lavin is dropped. I think he's been playing a better style of football this year. But will expect to see some changes before throw in

Are Flynn and Kinsella badly injured? Two huge losses. Menton at 6 does make some sense. Conlon surely starting?

Flynn and Kinsella are massive losses. Great to have Costello and Jones back though - do they offset those losses? I'm not sure. Costello is a runner and Kinsella is a playmaker and we'll lose a bit of our 2 point threat there. Same with Flynn.

I still think Mento plays midfield. McBride to wing forward, Coffey back to CB and Cathal Hickey to WB. Costello to centre forward and Jordy will still be in the corner but let's see. Maybe Ronan Ryan will start too.

Best of luck tomorrow lads. Should be a cracker. Bragging rights at stake in my house with the Meath wife.! Cork have named the same team that started in Killarney, so I'm hoping for a response after that inept performance.

Both teams looking to get back on the horse but I'm hoping that home advantage, coupled with the loss of both Flynn & Kinsella swings it in our favor. Weather looks like it's also going to put in an appearance which should make for a fantastic evening..

Need someone at wing forward that can track ODriscoll Mcbride is not that man .
We need to stop playing 3 in the middle and giving a halfback a free run and thats whats been happening.
Coffey has struggled at CB so I cant see him coming back into that position Menton or Adam oNeill will be there Coffee will be better on the wing .
Need a massive game from Costello and from who ever picks up ODriscoll no5 stop him and we will win

Yeah was hoping those were just rumours but big losses, Cork are massive around the middle too and they dominated us in that department in Pairc Ui Rinn.

But would agree with most of what you're saying, Costello back is obviously a plus but Kinsella was such an outlet for us. Was always there to receive it and generally did the right thing with it, a bit like Paudi Clifford for Kerry. Costello is a hybrid player but he's a runner and different to Kinsealla.

Keoghan will pick up Sherlock I'd say, could see Adam O'Neill dropping to 6, and trying to use Hickey as that kind of free man and play that 12 role. Wouldn't be surprised if there's more changes Saturday - really think Conlon should be starting, he's better than Lynch.

Yeah I think Kinsella is a bigger loss than Flynn. He makes us tick and gets 5/6 points a game with his 2 point threat. He's just a high quality ball player with a footballers brain that we'll miss. He gets on breaking ball too.

Agree on Costello, what he has that Kinsella doesn't is that he's a big, powerful man who glides past guys so if we can cater our game to him that way. If Conlon doesn't start and Lynch is not in the game after 20 minutes, I'd be getting Conlon on as the game will be gone. Just think Robbie likes him off the bench for impact in a tight game as he gives us those 3/4 points in the 2nd half when the game is in the melting pot.

Hickey starting probably is with that on mind of covering O'Driscoll attacking forward.
Still expect a few changes as before throw in as that team is unlikely to line out in that way positionally.

Supposedly Flynn and Kinsella are on the stand by players so seems are if injuries aren't that bad and hoping they don't make something worse. Still a bit of a head scratcher though as seems like they're not being risked but also might be risked?? Unless it's a big grand plan that they'll appear on the bench.

Im actually pretty happy with that selection given the two men out.i think it's balanced. Hickey can follow O'Driscoll and we still have 5 very attack minded forwards.

I think it's pretty clear Brennan wants to make them more resolute at the back, it's what we all asked for in fairness.

Jones/costello back at just the right time with the other lads gone.

I love the idea of morris at 11 but it won't pan out that way Costello doesn't play with his back to goal so he has to come out but it's a nice little puzzle for cork to be thinking about.

Likewise with menton I love the idea. I actually suggested menton to 6 a while back so it will be interesting to see if O'Neill switches with him or not.

Big thing for me is Jones fully right, charlie O'Connor will be thrown into the deep end otherwise with McBride O'Neill menton all on the field.

Ohalloran is lucky to keep his spot he must pair off better than lavin because imo ohalloran was a mile off in tullamore. Lavin could yet end up coming in with menton back to midfield to keep an extra bit of midfield cover for the second half.

I think we could see Ryan or Lavin in for O'Halloran. He's been caught out badly a few times recently against Cork and Westmeath. I think Rafferty would benefit with a steady influence around him like Ryan. Rafferty has looked off because he's scrambling to make up for the mistakes of the lads beside him.

Yes. Will be interesting how Menton will play at 6. Will he push out and compete for kickouts and drop back in or will he hold centre at all times. Hickey played this role last year against Kerry with Gavin White and did well despite getting a black card. Cork are down a couple and see Ruairi Deane is starting. He seems to have lost some pace so Caulfied or Coffey could take advantage.

I'd risk Ryan at fullback (3) and Rafferty at 6, both play their club football in those positions. Coffey to 5 and Keoghan to 2 or 4.
Having said the above Menton at 6 could work out fine. A great footballer with plenty of games behind him.
The absence of Kinsella and Flynn is more worrying. Serious reduction in the '2 pointer' options.
Quick and solid thinking on the line will have to be top notch.
