You can't be serious?? And you call it a master stroke?

What are Donegal's chinks ?"
As I said I think the chinks, Are a Louth team that struggled to perform (thats been nice) put it up to Donegal for 35mins in Ballyboffey. As it was a draw game at half time or point in it. Also Mongahan were 7 pints up at half time against Donegal I would think we at the same level or even better maybe than Monghan. I think we can live with Donegal for longer putting us in the frame towards the end of the game.

Also we did a good job on top players ie David Clifford, Cormac Costello Shane Walsh. So there is no reason why we cant come up with plan to curtail Micheal Murphy, and Lagan to hopefully

As Meath go on they are getting more and more experience and growing in confidence. The QF Galway game I think there a little bit of pressure on Meath to win.As getting knocked up in Croke Park would have meant 2 losses in Croke park, And everyone would have said we got lucky against Dublin and Kerry, Also people were writing them off. I think they were out to prove a point.

Semi I think it more of shot to nothing now. Maybe pressure is off a little now. And we can perform. I dont think we played brilliant against Galway. I think we play better. An amazing win but we can play better.

Talent coming out of their ****. We are good, but so are they and unlike Meath they have a bag of medals and have been here before. Let's calm the jets."
100% Donegal should be favourites, everyone I talk to knows that, they have proven themselves too often in recent years for things to be otherwise.

But I'm surprised the bookies have Donegal at 2/7 (=78% chance of winning).
Meath, after beating 3 division 1 teams already in championship 2025 surely are more of a threat on Sunday than the bookies are saying?.

Anyway looking forward to Sunday, it's great to be back at the business end of the championship.

Does anyone know what happened to him? he was a serious impact player in the old rules, i would think he would be even better in the new rules with space to run. some serious wheels coming off the bench when lads are tired.

I hope the improvement in meath and a hungry fresh manager can limit the drifting in an out of panels. if they keep lads keen and hungry for a couple of years, they can make real improvement. that is the difference for galway, armagh for example they have kept the same squads and then added some new talents when they emerged.

Does anyone have any info on the squad health, how are we looking for sunday?

Jones, Flynn and Conlon all had surgery so gone for the season. Think Jack Flynn will miss the club championship too. But other than that clean bill of health at this stage.

Not sure what happened Jack O'Connor. Playing intercounty football is a serious workload, might have just taken a step back. But would expect someone like him to thrive under the new rules.
