Dunderry 0-16 Slane 0-7

Dunderry got off to a winning start in the JACFC Division 2 with a good display away to Slane.

After a tight start to the game, Dunderry found rhythm and got good scores from Stephen Coogan, Dermot Kelly and Ciaran Sheridan who got four excellent first half points. Slane were kept to a single point in the 1st half as Dunderry defended well with Sean Traynor prominent and good work rate out the field.

Dunderry improved again in the 2nd half with points from Leavy, Shane O'Brien, Kyran Woods and Conor Sheridan the highlights.

Dunderry will face Oldcastle at home in 2 weeks in the second group match.
