Kiltale 1-18 Kildalkey 1-13

For the second time in 12 days Kiltale defeated Kildalkey.

These two met in the Division 1 HL final and Kiltale held on for a three point win. This time round last years SHC finalists had five points to spare in the opening round of the Meath Senior Hurling Championship played in splendid conditions last Friday at Lomans Park Trim. 

Like in the league decider Jack Regan was Kiltale's top scorer finishing with 1-8, 1-7 coming from frees. 

Next up for the winners are Kilmessan, Kildalkey take on neighbours Trim.
