The opening round of the Regional Football Championship came to a conclusion last night at Dunganny.
Loughcrew and holders Boyne Valley opened the competition played with some of the proposed new rules at Ballinlough. The North Meath combination ran out five point winners. Last years finalists Moyfenragh had two points to spare over Blackwater at St. Finians Park.
