Kilmessan 1-18 Killyon 2-9

Kilmessan made it back to back wins in the All County Division 1 Hurling League with this six point victory over Killyon on the revamped pitch at Kilmessan.

Mark Horan was outstanding for the winners and finished the game with an impressive tally of 1-13.

Kilmessan trailed at the break 0-6 to 1-7 and despite conceding an early second half goal the home side upped their game and outscored the visitors 1-11 to 0-2 for the remainder to seal their third win in the division.
