GAA confirm Limerick-Cork All-Ireland SHC semi-final is a sell out

Tomorrow’s crunch All-Ireland senior hurling championship semi-final between Limerick and Cork at Croke Park is an 82,300 sell-out.

The GAA confirmed yesterday that the showdown between the All-Ireland champions and the Rebels will be the highest ever attendance for an All-Ireland SHC semi-final since the 2017 clash between the same two teams (71,073), and also eclipses the previous record attendance for an All-Ireland semi in the hurling championship, which was the the 2007 meeting of Limerick and Waterford (80,546).

The GAA has reminded supporters attending this weekend’s semi-finals at Croke Park of the following match day arrangements to ensure a safe and enjoyable day at the venue for everyone:

Electronic Tickets
• Patrons are reminded that screenshots of your ticket will not get you into the
stadium.

Tickets can be transferred using the Ticketmaster transfer function.

E-tickets should be downloaded in advance of arrival at the stadium and added to
your wallet.

Flares

We remind patrons that it is illegal to use a flare in a public space and all flares
and smoke cannisters are strictly prohibited in the stadium.

Additional search and security measures will be in place this weekend and there
will be strict enforcement by An Garda Síochána.
