Leitrim GAA is seeking expressions of interest for the position of senior hurling manager for 2025.
It follows the departure of Olcan Conway after this summer’s Lory Meagher Cup campaign ended in a heavy defeat to neighbours Cavan. The Derry native was among those who strongly resisted a CCCC proposal to exclude Leitrim along with Cavan, Louth, Fermanagh and Longford from next year’s Allianz League.
The closing date for applications is next Friday, September 13.
Meanwhile, Mayo have confirmed that their senior hurlers will be solely managed by Ray Larkin next season. The Galway native took control of the team along with Brian Finn last October but the latter has stepped down due to personal reasons.
