Derek Murray and Paul Casey have stepped down as joint-managers of the Dublin senior ladies football team after deciding not to seek a third term.

The pair were appointed joint-managers in December 2024, having previously served as members of the Dublin senior management team.

Casey first joined the set-up in January 2018, while Murray became part of the management group in January 2022.

In their first season as joint-managers, they guided Dublin to the All-Ireland senior title with victory over Meath in the final. They also maintained Dublin's impressive provincial record by securing back-to-back Leinster senior titles in 2025 and 2026.

Dublin LGFA thanked both men for their contribution to the county during their time as managers and members of the senior set-up.

"The executive committee would like to thank Derek and Paul most sincerely for their professionalism, dedication and enthusiasm during their term not only as senior managers but previously as key members of the Dublin senior management team," a statement read.

"Their service to Dublin has been incredible and we as a committee have been most fortunate to have had the privilege to work closely alongside both men."

The county board also thanked their respective clubs, Round Tower Clondalkin and Lucan Sarsfields, along with their families and the members of the backroom team who worked with them over the past two seasons.

Dublin LGFA will now begin the process of selecting and appointing a new senior management team ahead of the 2027 season.
