There is part of that post that is slightly inaccurate.

Intermediate Hurling Final Sat 31 October 2026 Kenny Park 3.30pm
Mullagh v Kilconerion

Senior Hurling Final Sun 1st November 2026 Pearse Stadium 3pm
Tommy Larkins v Loughrea.
East Galway very well represented in both Finals!!!
No doubt the neutral will want Mullagh and Tommy Larkins to win."
I don't mind who wins the matches but I'd like to see whoever has the best chance to win the All Ireland go through.

How can part of the post be inaccurate? It is either an inaccurate statement or it isn't

Well its not inaccurate. It depends how you define recently, and whether you are talking about matches, or training sessions.

So it was initially inaccurate and now it's not inaccurate. Interesting

Its maybe not inaccurate. Depends on how you define "recently". It was accurate enough for you. The lad would know what their players think.

It all sounds very vague. I think the statement is inaccurate recent or otherwise.

Extremely vague. How do you know what that lad would know?

I know all the players very well. We had a great wedding in France before the championship started. Hurling is the winner on Sunday. Either Tommies end a famine or Loughrea do 3 in a row. Both teams know eachother well. Half the Tommies lads played soccer in loughrea. Best of luck to both teams, may the best team win!!

Did you play senior hurling for the club yourself at any stage?

I see the Loughrea crowd will have to pay 22-25 euro on the Saturday to watch their Junior D team play the Final as a curtain raiser to the Intermediate Final in Kenny Park, then pay another 22-25 euro on the Sunday to watch the Senior team in Pearse Stadium...God help them!

Both games have the hallmark of being absolute crackers!
I travelled through East Galway recently and I never seen such a sea of Green and White flags and colour for Mullagh from the bridge at Kill River which separates the Clubs of Kiltormer and Mullagh all the way through parts of Cappataggle and into the town of Loughrea nothing but Green and White on the old Dublin-Galway road!
Must be some support Kenny Park Athenry will be packed.
