It'll be interesting to see how they play in HQ. Haven't played there since the Meath mess last year and I'm not sure if the extra space will suit them or hinder them. On one hand, more space for the likes of Daly to kick pass balls into but on the reverse, more space for opposition to stretch our back who admittedly are not the fastest in the country but have a great work ethic. Dublin game will be a real test, watching them yesterday was like a different team compared to the Leinster championship. Looked like Con may have re-aggravated his injury, whether they have him or not the next day will have a big bearing on the outcome. Replying To Kinvara: "Pearse Stadium has a bigger pitch than croke park!" Correct. Pearse Stadium is the max size for a GAA pitch at 145m x 90m. Croke Park is 2m narrower I think. Croke Park has the best surface though and plays faster than any other pitch in the country. It's better suited to a more open game as result. A slower surface is a slower defender's friend. Draw's definetely been kind to Galway. Hard to know what shape Dublin will be in after going to extra time and Con's injury.
