Not sure if anyone did the double as it must be remembered that it is possible to do the double in last 5 years (2009 on) as up until then there was only one minor competition pressure from Clubs brought about the change. glenny (Meath) - Posts: 1119 - 20/11/2013 10:52:40 1515624 Link 0 |

Dunboyne had a couple of good contenders ie Comeskey & Lavin DonanDusted (Meath) - Posts: 14 - 21/11/2013 20:46:19 1516330 Link 0 |
donan dusted you must have been at a different game to the rest of us, Comaskey was marked out of the game not scoring and generally not getting on much ball. The only two contenders are ashbourne's Cian Field or Darragh McGovern. dona (Meath) - Posts: 27 - 22/11/2013 14:00:29 1516556 Link 0 |

Trim v Killary Emmets - Slightly favour the trim side. If they can keep the ruthless Daire Rowe to a minimum they should fade it. Cullen, Purcell and Burke are trims main threat. Meathgaalad (Meath) - Posts: 171 - 22/11/2013 17:01:37 1516677 Link 0 |

Yes Mr Meathgaaman . I was also at div 2 Final .Great game of Football between two very good teams And as for Man of Match i was very impressed with James Cullen at midfield and Daire Lynch in the Forwards for Trim and Daire Rowe for Killary Emmets . And i must say the Referee M.Griffin did a very good job on the night . What do you readers think . Rathcairn (Meath) - Posts: 39 - 25/11/2013 12:18:29 1517488 Link 0 |
Am I correct in saying that Dun/Ash were the only Meath team to win the Leinster minor championship (2008)? browncows (Meath) - Posts: 2342 - 25/11/2013 12:46:27 1517511 Link 0 |
Unfortunately there is no proper Leinster Minor Championship run by Leinster Council. Ashrules (Dublin) - Posts: 575 - 25/11/2013 16:44:28 1517645 Link 0 |
Didn't knwo there was a Leinster event. Are Don/Ash in it? I assume most counties have completed their minor championships well in advance of ours and we have no team in it seasiderblues (Meath) - Posts: 354 - 26/11/2013 08:56:38 1517860 Link 0 |
