Minor Football Championship 2013

Definitely the two best teams in the final but I can see Dunboyne getting it on the day. They've a lot to play for after losing the league final to Ashbourne, they won't want to let that happen again. A great physical team with some seriously talented players...McLoughlin, McEntee and McGrath are ones to watch out for

Michaels kicked it away had all of the ball at start of 2nd half but kicked wide after wide and maybe 5 into the keepers hands. Killary will win it out now Treanor and Roe are very classy players. good double header Killary v Trim and Rathkenny v Tones sure maybe make it a triple header with Clan na Gael and Ballivor !!!! Nobber to win on Sunday

any news on outcome of division four semi final between athboy and st curtbuths this evening
all divisions are equally important combining all divisions would not encourage young players to play gaelic football

Meathforsam seriously it's obvious your from one of the top teams in division 1. How can you say that division 2-5 are full of crap teams. There's all very competitive divisions and I'll have you know division 2 is not very far off division . If it wasn't for these divisions, Meath would never be a strong football county

Tones bet Kells by a point last night, in div.3 semi final. Tones controlled the game, but managed to let Kells sneak 2 goals in the last couple of minutes!
Interesting to see how Rathkenny and NMG ends up!!

12345678 not sure how you think that the standard in those divisions is quite poor i can say this having been following these divisions in this age group for quite some time. I believe if you made a team consisting of the top 15 players from these divisions they still wouldn't even get near a top team in division 1 standard is just too low

MeathforSam, you haven't a clue what you're talking about. Some cracking games and teams in the lower divisions, how many of the meath senior teams starting 6 forwards from last year would have played Division 1 in their minor years.
