Its not for two weeks ziggy but nothing in ashbourne at the moment skyrne and rathkenny in dunshaughlin seems to be the nearest senior game to you, How o mahoneys and senchelstown has ended up in stamullen is amazing.

Stalmullen have the best grounds in the County and fully deserve to get a few games fair play to County Board to realise this

Glenny you are quite correct in saying that stamullen is a fine ground and nobody is disputing that just saying it is not exactly a very neutral venue for that game . would have imagined if not in pairc tailteann then walterstown or simonstown would have been the venue.

All clubs deserve at least a game in their grounds in the Championships

Duleek-Bellewstown v Nobber = Fancy Nobber to come back fighting and claim it. DB on a losing streak lately wont help.
Oldcastle v Donaghmore/Ashbourne = Donaghmore/Ashbourne badly need this.
Rathkenny v Skryne = Rathkenny - flying high and bubble wont burst yet.
St Patrick's v Summerhill = Summerhill, the Hill will have their heads right for this one.
Na Fianna v Wolfe Tone = Tones. A site of injuries for NF will see Tones through easier than expected.

Moynalvey v Walterstown = Walterstown, closer than expected though with Moynalvey having O Sullivan home.
Seneschalstown v O'Mahonys = O'Mahonys by 2
Simonstown v Blackhall Gaels = Simonstown by 8, class outfit. Shane O Rourke pulling all the strings now.
St Peter's, Dunboyne v Dunshaughlin = Dunboyne comfortably. Will have a major say this year too.

Heard all injuries cleared up for Na Fianna - Ollie Lewis back playing brilliantly

magic1 thats a very bold statement i agree that na fianna have some very good players in attack but going backwards are very vunerable and are there for the taking especially once they get to big open space that is PT ... think a quarter final spot would be a very good result for them as they have the likes of wolfe tones and simonstown still to play and are in a group where everyone can still qualify any slip up from now on and there gone

just on the na fianna v wolf tones game, heard yday the younger Queeney is out which is a massive loss if its true! Im sure Tones will have injuries too but will still be fav to win it and rightly so.

meathlad ,
you do make a lot of sense with what you say but the element of surprise is still there , I do think Tones are an older more experienced team but slower also . Dan Queeney ready to play , Shold be a great game

magic1,
should be a cracker all the same probarly the hardest game of the round to call bar maybe skryne vs rathkenny ... hope Na Fianna do well it would nice to see a new team genuinely compete for the keegan getting tired of seeing tones/navan/seneschalstown . Ashbourne have failed to build on strong under age set uo and may have missed their chance just hope that if na fianna get into a position to get to the decider they dont let it slip they mght not get another chance
