The Roscommon winner will come up against Ballina Stephenites. Ballina will be looking for redemption after losing out to Coolera-Strandhill after penalties in last year's semi final. Was up there in September, big interest in Football up there, I was a little surprised tbh, our urban centres wouldnt be as GAA minded in general. Ballyboden, Dingle, Kilcoo and Moycullen seem to be the current favourites. Think you might be getting a bit confused there. Ballina aren't near 3rd favourites for the All-Ireland at the moment. These are the odds on Paddy Power currently: All Ireland Senior Club Football Championship 2025 Ballyboden St Endas 3/1 Daingean 5/1 Kilcoo 8/1 Maigh Cuilinn 8/1 St Finbarrs 11/1 St Brigids 12/1 The Downs 13/1 Scotstown 16/1 Newbridge 17/1 Loughmacrory 22/1 Athy 22/1 Ballina 22/1 Portarlington 22/1 Tullamore 25/1 Naomh Conaill 33/1 Summerhill 40/1 Padraig Pearses 40/1 Eire Og Ennis 40/1 Even in Connacht Brigid's and Maigh Cuilinn are favoured more strongly. Both have won Connacht in recent years and Brigid's were minutes away from an All-Ireland. Mayo clubs have had a poor record in Connacht over the last decade. No provincial title since 2015. The last time Maigh Cuilinn won Galway, they hammered Westport. They're a strong, well balanced team. Pearse's and Brigid's have been a much tougher proposition for the Galway winners in recent years, and have very good records. Connacht is very even Moycullen - 13/10 - finally past Corofin - slight favorites but those odds are a joke St Brigids - 23/10 - are yet to qualify for the competition and will do well to get past Pearses so stupid odds also Ballina - 9/2 - a lot of improving to do - haven't played a 60min match all season - fair enough odds Padraig Pearses - 7/1 - Last years r up - have plenty to prove yet dont see them being that much worse that Brigids Leitrim Gaels - 14/1 = new and improved with 3 ringers - no pushovers so great odds Shamrock Gaels - 14/1 hockeyed the reigning champs so a good bet at those odds tirawleybaron (Mayo) - Posts: 1630 - 28/10/2025 14:59:04 2642025 Link
