Replying To Viking66:  "Think Shane O'Donnell has a knock, JC hasn't been himself at all, since before the accident truth be told, they've been trying to find an alternative since before he sliced his hand. Id say he must be 36 is he?
Some of those new lads they are hoping to be Championship starters this year."
Any idea of Shane O Donnell and Peter Duggan is back ? I think Conlon is 36 . He has shown dedication to get back in fairness to him

Would be a plus for us if they are unavailable next week

Yes and no. With them being out a while they might not be as sharp as the lads who are playing instead of them. Clare have an abundance of riches in the forwards, its at the back they are struggling a bit.

Yes viking , I'll echo that.
Hopefully he will be a successful president and achieve all that he said he was prioritising before the election.
Great for him and Wexford to get the big gig.

If he doesn't achieve them it won't be for the want of trying.

What does he want to achieve? I saw very little press on this election compared to the last one.

Big win In Antrim for Dublin. Means we have very little chance of catching them with score difference so a win or a draw In Ennis is a must if we are to play in 1A next year. I am hoping if we can stay in the game that our greater hunger for the win can see us over the line down the home stretch. It's another big test for our young team looking forward to it now

Should be a brilliant game, and a great road trip away with the kids!

Bookies odds are in for Leinster.

We're at 13/1 behind Offaly at 6/1.

I know.

They haven't won it since the 90s and this is only their second season in the tournament in the modern era.

For a minute I figured it was league placement or something but Dublin are 4/1.

We are 75/1 to win the All Ireland and Offaly 325/1 . The Leinster odds dont make sense at all. Obviously somebody or a few people have put massive money on Offaly to win Leinster

Yeah and the more I think about it, the more I think that the current set-up doesn't suit up, it was knock-out back in the 1980s and 1990s, could get away with a lack of depth back then

They won their first AI by beating Laois, us, and Galway, winning margin was three points or less in all three games, only ever won the one league title as well so depth was always an issue for them

Can't find any odds on Leinster with Ladbrokes, but we are 66-1 to win the AI. Dublin and Waterford are 28-1. Interestingly they have Offaly at 400-1, while they have Antrim at 300-1 and Antrim arent even in it and therefore cant win it since Motion 6 was passed at Congress last weekend...... Poor old Biffos, Ladbrokes think they are less likely to win it than a county who arent even in it :-D

We have only won 3 or 4 Leagues ourselves.....
