Replying To KerryAllIrelandChampions2025:  "Still a relatively young team. Tom Sullivan, Jack Barry, Mark O'Connor Stefan Okunbor, David Shaw, Shane O'Carroll and Diarmuid O'Connor pushing for starting slots . Can Kerry do back to back?"
Come on Galway or Mayo, stick it to the arrogant Kerry lads.

Replying To The_analyser:  "Dublin are in major transition, quarter final spot was basically their level the level the last two years and that is unlikely to change much in year one under a new manager.

As for Kerry, looks like Jack O'Connor is stepping down and unless they find a suitable replacement they will struggle to retain their title"
Shrewd and astute Jack O' Connor will not be going anywhere particularly if Cian O' Neill stays. Very impressed with how Kerry were coached on Sunday. Most of that team played on the five in a row minor teams and the S&C is also showing allied to their immense talent. There is several All Irelands to won between Kerry and the improving Tyrone team in the next few years (Serious underage talent). I would say most of the negotiations will be with Kerry Group rather than with his wife in the next few of weeks.

Replying To Lockjaw:  "I can see next year being very competitive again, but Kerry will undoubtedly be the front-runner.
Kerry remind me a bit of the famous Guardiola Barcelona team. They have an outstanding set of players all very comfortable in what they're doing with and without the ball. To top it off, they have their very own Messi.

Towards the end of the decade, I can see a revival of the famous 00s Tyrone-Kerry rivalry."
The Tyrone-Kerry rivalry is one of many already in progress. Success for Tyrone in '21. Kerry in '22. '23 and '25 head to heads went Kerry's way. Tyrone continue to be a formidable challenge. No doubts about that. I thought they would have made the Ulster final.

Down will be in Division 3 next year. Offaly winning Division 3 wasn't enough this year. Tough on Down after a good competitive championship from them this year.

Enjoy Mick,

I do remember, Joe lands in your hour of need, what a player, he was wonderful in the Semi and Final - on top of his obvious skills, what a fighter and leader and you can see he absolutely loves it and is so passionate - grabbing games by the scruff of the neck, a vital cog that was perhaps missing up until now - ill dislike him for a long time - kidding! ;D

Best complement i can give him, is he really made me miss Fenton!!!

Enjoy pal!!!

Winning div 3 next year might be enough to get us in , if not and the Ulster Cship draw is kind to us a final apperance will be good enough , as we all know its ifs and buts

The Tyrone-Kerry rivalry is still going strong. We've met in the quarter finals or later on 4 occasions between '19 and '25. 2003 was a breakthrough year for Tyrone. In 05 and 08 Tyrone proved to be a difficult opponent when Kerry were attempting the difficult task of trying to retain an All Ireland title without the comforts of designated home league ground advantage.
Tyrone were arguably Kerry's more difficult opponent this year from quarter finals to final. No surprise considering the renewed rivalry since 2019. Tyrone will have their sights on Ulster and more next year. With potentially 7 to 10 strong contenders, interesting times ahead.

Tbh this is a silly thread started by the troll with Kerry Cork and Limerick accounts.

We have just won this one and back to back is very hard to do unless its an exceptional team.

Just delighted to win next year but expect other teams to bounce back next year.

I still think Armagh has a super panel and Tyrone will be stronger. They missed the top half back Michael McKiernan v Kerry (I know he appeared as a cameo).Armagh lost Oisin O Neill.

Next year Galway back strong again and who knows maybe the great midfielder from Dublin migt want to return too.

Yeah I don't think Div3 is reflective of Down's ability to be honest, even if that is a bit of a paradox. But similarly, I don't think anyone seriously considers that Tyrone are a "Div 2 team" either.

I just think it's set up for a Kerry period of dominance now. Their comprehensive win over us will only add to their belief.
They have players in their prime, and other strong players to return. Their traditonal arch rivals Dublin aren't the force they were either.

Is there any hope for ye that Mark O'Connor would return from Down Under?

This thread is ridiculous to be honest. I'll enjoy the celebrations and am looking forward to the club championships soon enough.
Commiserations again to Donegal, we've been there.
