Your being a bit optimistic backing Donegal by 7 with a 6 day turnaround?

While I wouldn't write off Kerry I picked Armagh as I think they are defending champions and I believe are better than last year.

Galway v Meath…..Galway - they are just about keeping the wheels turning every week
Armagh v Kerry…..Armagh - just seem to be operating at a level above everyone else.
Tyrone v Dublin…..Tyrone, - Dublin have been playing very erratically and will run out of road here
Monaghan v Donegal…. Monaghan - Jim McGuiness' Donegal have an overreliance on a running game. This one is 3 weeks on the bounce and Monaghan are well rested and armed with a serious kicking game.

I would agree with all that.

I'm finding it impossible to agree with anything under the new rules. Any of the 1/4 finalists could go on and win Sam or equally could loose heavy this weekend!

Great for the neutral! Not good for the ticker if you have a vested interest!

Bookies odds converted into % chance of getting to semi finals

Donegal 75%
Monaghan 25%

Dublin 50%
Tyrone 50%

Galway 75%
Meath 25%

Armagh 53%
Kerry 47%

Think Galway and Donegal will probably win but 75% looks too high to me. Would have them both closer to 65%

Fancy Dublin to come alive but again surprised Tyrone not favourites

Armagh at the odds/% appeal most. I'd make them closer to 60%

If it goes to ET Tyrone will win that game.

Monaghan the best chance of an upset, hard to see Galway and Armagh losing tbh, though you can't write off Kerry and Meath are coming this last 2 years.
Galway by 2
Armagh by 3
Tyrone by 2
Donegal by 1
