Mayo should be fined for wearing that gear at a National Final. Pope_Benedict (Galway) - Posts: 4043 - 30/03/2025 16:42:51 2599487 Link 4 |
We definitely avoided a clash of jerseys anyway!

Given their free run in Munster. Is it time to split Kerry in two? galwayford (Galway) - Posts: 2592 - 30/03/2025 18:36:07 2599510 Link 1 |
Congrats to Monaghan, Offaly and Limerick for winning league titles - and to Kerry for 'accidently' claiming theirs. omahant (USA) - Posts: 3163 - 30/03/2025 18:37:09 2599512 Link 0 |
Mayo did ok today. A lack of composure in front of goal put paid to any chance they had of winning. Aidan O Shea badly needed in midfield too. Kerry will take some stopping in the championship. Time to split them into 2, say North Kerry and South Kerry. galwayford (Galway) - Posts: 2592 - 30/03/2025 18:37:40 2599514 Link 0 |
I think he's on a one man mission to prove the broken clock theory! Well know all about it if he does!

No. The team that finish top should win the League. Kerry and Dublin have huge advantages as they could win their respective provinces with their b teams. Kerry also don't play a Championship match in Munster for 3 weeks.

Kerry 6 point winners but were about 12 points the better team on the day. Mayo might have the excuse of heavy training and more than one eye on Sligo next weekend, Drax_the_destroyer (UK) - Posts: 337 - 30/03/2025 19:27:20 2599531 Link 1 |
Scoring just 12 times, giving up nearly 40 scoring opportunities and losing 50% of their own kick out was ok from Mayo today? Aidan O'Shea doesn't have the legs that's required for a modern day midfielder. Only side that will stop Kerry this summer is a Ulster team.

I think Kerry were well 12 points better. They turned down plenty of goal chances for fisted points but were ruthlessly efficient taking them. They also got a good tune from their attack besides the Cliffords.

Well done to Kerry, awful game, no urgency, I presume they're thinking of bigger fish. realdub (Dublin) - Posts: 8711 - 30/03/2025 22:22:04 2599574 Link 1 |
Congrats to Kerry. Only one team in it today unfortunately. We are way off the pace….its shambolic how bad we are: yew_tree (Mayo) - Posts: 11510 - 30/03/2025 22:45:44 2599580 Link 0 |

"The Whinger" wouldn't have time for stuff like that. Has a very time consuming number staring into space measuring the distance from the top of the Uprights to the Moon.

To be fair Mayo turned down many scoring opportunities as well and gifted the ball back to Kerry so that Kerry could go down the field and score those points.
