It was absolutely outside the square too I was right next to it, it's not even close. I can't say about the previous call for a penalty Kilkenny had because I was literally the other side of the pitch and I wasn't watching on TV. If anyone has a replay of it to link I'd appreciate it. On the merits of the incident itself it was an utterly bizarre decision that was totally wrong. All the shit James Owen gets, but that is definitely as bad as anything he's been slated for. He's been carrying Kilkenny for at least 3 years. By no means a one man team but he's always the leader that pops up. He's also an expert at winning those frees. The only difference between the two teams today. Was Tj Reid free taking and that super line ball. Where as chin missed a few frees one handy one. If you had said we lose by I point and our two best forward would be so poor, it would be hard to believe. Very disappointing daycreslly.
