Replying To brayballer:  "According to a gaa website Paudie Clifford played 6 championship games this year and 8 league games.Thats the same amount of championship games Mayo played in.The older Clifford deserves his all star. When he was missing the Yerras were ordinary and when he came back the Yerras were powerful."
Exactly and when Paudi was playing he wasn't losing to the likes of Cavan in a championship match or struggling to get over Leitrim. He was closely contested man of the match in the All-Ireland final. Mayo should be quickly forgetting about the past year and move on.

I think Meath should be forgetting about the past year to be honest after 20 points beating in a semi ? Mayo have already forgotten about the past year . What are you talking about?

Good Lord! The keepakers getting the smell of them selves again! Bit of a meltown for a nomination? Don't worry! Kilkennys nomination won't have any impact on the keepak all star! Obviously a huge night for you!

Im sure Kilkenny will take solace in his 8 AI medals and and 6 previous All Stars!

Meath will take alot from the past year but yes there were disappointments along the way most so the two defeats to Louth. They probably had ran their race up to the semi final defeat and Donegal did steam role them 2nd half. Meath will be looking to compete hard next year with physical players around the middle returning from injury and a few additions.
Andy Moran will be starting from scratch but do expect major improvement from Mayo with the size of county and talent there also. They will need however a major adjustment in style of play and get with the times and the new rules.
