Boxty, if you look at the wonderfull success that Cavan had in the league in 2025 you can see that it was all the big Club players that delivered when men were needed to stand up and be counted
So more big big Club players are what is needed , players from Cavan Gaerls , Ramour, Crosserlough, Gowns , Kingscourt are what we need"

I have been asked by a lad in the Imperial that came into Town from a Country Club what Tomsmith had against Country Club players on the Cavan panel
My intelligent reply was that we small Club players were at a terrible disadvantage coming on to a County panel
