We have a new leader at the top. With 3 people getting all predictions correctly and Trump2020 now leading by a point. Tipps abysmal run in the chsip (now at one win in 11 against Liam McCarthy opposition) didnt deter either the bookies or the predictors here. 3 more games to go. You can win u20 AIs by being superfit and physically strong. Much harder to win Round Robin Senior championships that way though. The newer Tipp lads aren't as good as the lads who won in 2010, and 2016 . Lads, including myself, blamed Sheedy for not bringing more lads through from the u20s. He said at the time they weren't good enough. He didn't say "yet". I think those u20s were won primarily by savage workrate and fitness, which is to be commended, but its hard to win Senior titles just with that in your locker. Says it all that Tynan was being hyped up to the extent he was, when he just isn't in the same League as Barrett, Mcgrath, Maher, Callanan, etc as far as hurling goes.
