Can everyone forget about the soccer talk for hurling 2023 forum..really looking forward to Sunday..we might create another bit of history for our county..if beaten,it'll be by a better team..so many players on both sides just coming right for last c/ship game of season..some excellent defenders on both sides and forwards shooting lights out..two free takers who can't seem to miss..I think limerick defence is slightly better and the loss of blanchfield for kk is huge,especially as he would have picked up Tom or gearoid..Mullen back for kk is huge,as I thought he played very well in semi..Tj seems to be after getting a new lease of life and Cody is in form of his life..if hannon comes back and wod goes back to midfield it could really swing towards limerick..I take it butler will pick up gillane and lawlor on flanagan..two huge battles..a lot to look forward to and hopefully we get a great final.. To be fair the name of the thread is All Ireland senior Hurling championship 23. Personally I'd like to talk about the Cork and limerick round Robin game. In all seriousness though, it's hard to see past limerick again. Kilkenny always produce players. It says a lot about them that they're still winning leinsters and getting to all Ireland finals when it's not a great team by their standards. They will not lie down, so the always have a chance, but I think they'll have to play above themselves and hope limerick have an off day.
