Well lads. Bit of a random one. Heading to my 2nd ever hurling match (only other being Derry v Donegal lol)

Heading to Salthill on Sunday and was wondering if dogs are allowed in Pearse or any other stadium for that matter

I don't like dogs. Hairy, smelly, jumpy, licky things.
There is nothing worse than a strangers dog jumping up on you, in particular if he has just got out of a river or ditch and is destroyed.

Why would anyone bring a dog to a hurling match.
I really think you should stay at home unless of course it's a guide dog

I have seen dogs in Parnell Park but i think they entered under their own steam rather being brought to see a match. I doubt very much they let you bring the bowler in anywhere.

You have me there now! My hounds have graced the sidelines at club games - including an unwelcome intervention in a camogie match in Plunketts - but were never paying customers.

Happened during a Cork/Galway hurling semi final in the 80s, Little chap decided to chase the ball. Watching Sylvie trying to catch him was comical. He had good sense to keep running :-)

It's not a guide dog no but she is a service dog and I'm watching her for an ill friend and didnt want to leave the wee thing alone is all

If you have something saying that it is an officially recognised therapy dog then they will let the beast in.
