You are precisely right. It was a simple point chance to out Mayo 4 poibts up, and seal a victory. But Lee, out of character, tries this "fancy Dan" effort, (half slicer/half bicycle), which drops short. Anyway, let's hope Shane and the Stillorgan guoys stuff those journey igloo men.

The game you're talking about was the 2015 replay. That would have put us 4 points up, but I think we ended up losing by 8.

The idea that an extra point by Keegan would have sealed victory is a bit of a stretch!

Lee Confirmed for the Sunday Game. If I were you I'd check what Lee has won (inc a club all Ireland) before coming out with that waffle.

Lord above, Tir Chonaill, I'd hate to see you if you had something to be really bitter about!! Amateur players, like Lee Keegan and so many others, busting a gut for years for their clubs and counties in our amazing games don't deserve consistent trolling like this. Show a bit of maturity, think before you lash bile into the phone or keyboard. If you've nothing ever nice to say, then try not saying it, or find another outlet for yourself.

Football is a team sport, so medals aren't the best reflection of a player's standing in the game.
As an individual he performed at an incredibly high level. A truly great player.
