25 or 26. Been about the same the last few years. Cork, Tipp and Galway always seem to have the most. Ourselves, Clare and Limerick usually around the same. I think most of the lads from Wexford this year would be maybe slightly lower profile lads than the last couple of years. It will be interesting to see do they start. I've a feeling we will have less Fitzgibbon starters than the last couple of years.

Also a few of the younger players on the panel went straight into work or apprenticeships after school rather than 3rd level education.

Sorry, was starters I meant by it. Be a handful. Compared to some the Munster counties its poor return.

It is. I think lads have woken up to the fact that it's u8s to u12s where we are falling behind. Lads like Paul Laffan and Dermot Ryan are doing great work currently trying to address this.

Our lads will be in Groups C and D. Hopefully more of them start than we are expecting countyman2022.

Maybe some better news for you was talking to a lad from UCD they've a challenge game against Laois coming up. Likely Wexford starters are Eoin Ryan, Charlie Mcguckin, Cian O Tuama, Pauric Reville. Sam Audsley is there on a hurling scholarship doing his Masters. Maybe David Codd. There are a few others on the panel also. Good presence from Wexford there. Eoin Guilfoyle from Kilkenny really flying for them apparently also.

10 out of the 15 lads on the SETU Waterford, Carlow and DCU squads started for their teams, which is better than I thought. UCD and Maynooth haven't played yet. Well done to them.
