Highlights weren't great, to be honest. Didn't even show the MLR goal chance :-(

Since stepping away from Kilkenny, Colin hasn't kept himself fit. I saw him in a few matches in the Kilkenny SHC and the running wasn't in his legs like other years, he was out of puff in a few games by half-time.

It's a pity because when he puts in the gym work and running work he is as good as any full forward out there.

Kilmacud would have the best shot at stopping them in my view."
St Rynaghs are a solid outfit and will give Ballyhale a run for their money.

No bother that goal chance was an absolute sitter.

I don't mean to be dismissive but I'd say Rynaghs are the weakest team left in the championship and Ballyhale have got lucky with the draw. The games will stand to do them but Rynaghs for me would be the one team I wouldn't see catching Ballyhale.
This one will be comfortable for them in my opinion but I hope I'm wrong.
I'd like to see a Ballyhale - C ballacola final.

What are you on about 'Ballyhale have got lucky with the draw'? Mount Leinster were clear 2nd favourites (behind Ballyhale) to win the Leinster Championship.

Clough were much better hurling team and probably a lot more natural looking. Kilmacud looked like if their short passing game didn't work they didn't have any alternative way of playing or didn't have enough nous to get out of trouble. Clough were super and well deserving. No doubt Kilmacud will be back at this stage in the near future but have a lot of improving to do. Hopefully Clough put in a huge performance in final, super team, super heart and no small amount of hurling skill and ability. Picky Maher outstanding

There are great hurlers in Laois. Hopefully Ballacola win out now!

I was talking about the semi final side of the draw. They unquestionably got the weakest team. Why do I feel like you're taking that as some kind of an insult…strange!
MLR were not second favourites either at any stage. That's simply untrue.

Yes it is strange, as I didn't take anything you said as an insult and I haven't a clue about why you feel about anything. Maybe you should talk to someone who works in the medical profession.

I merely pointed out that you were wrong when you stated "Ballyhale have got lucky with the draw"

Before getting a chance to play St Rynaghs, Ballyhale had to beat Mount Leinster. The draw for the semi-finals was made before the quarter-finals were played.

Yep I know that but I felt they got the easier side of the draw.
However I'll be happy to be wrong. Massive upset on the cards here

This year's Kilkenny Senior Hurling Championship will prove to have been tougher.
I think O'Loughlin Gaels, who lost to BS 3-19 to 3-15 in the KK final, would win this year's Leinster if they replaced BS in it."
I think I'll wind my neck in.

They're getting through these games by skin of their teeth. It could well click into gear yet tho. I haven't been overly impressed with them yet but I also expected more today from ballygunner. Clough Ballacolla are a serious outfit with a team full of top class hurlers. I'd imagine Ballyhale would have preferred the much younger and less battle hardened kilmacud team. Really looking forward to the leinster final. Could be a cracker.

Shamrocks players know Croke Park inside out which is a big advantage.

Pity Rynaghs didn't hold on as a Leix Offaly club final would have been a boost for both counties.

For sure. From a neutral perspective it would have been great. I don't think theres anything between the teams left in it. Croke Park will definitely suit BS. CB in Portlaoise would have given them a right chance but I wouldn't rule them out yet. They are as big and strong a club team that I've seen and BS haven't got near the levels of previously quite yet.
