I was talking to someone from outside the county, One of our neighbours to the south and he was at the game and was very impressed with the standard of hurling on show and remarked how it is strange we haven't competed for the Joe Mcdonagh the last couple of years.. reiterating what some of the posters are saying here. Noel Conaty who has just taken over the county under 20s? How would that work? Jogger who retired last year? Joey Boyle who also retired last year and has a young family?
