Well done to our 3 All-Star nominees. Craig Lennon, Sam Mulroy and Ryan Burns! I would expect Sam is best placed to collect one..

We've got three nominees and Leinster champs. You've got five nominees and nothing - says it all really.

The 3 Kerry lads are shoe ins for All stars in the forwards, it only leaves 3 slots among the Donegal, Armagh and Louth nominees.

Won't be easy to get in.

Some weekend in senior, With two draws and Cooley and Ardee beat I got 0 from 4. Still back the Pats and Gaels to go through. Will the final be in Darver ?

Hope not. Something soulless about the place. Hard to generate an atmosphere

With the stormy weather forecast for Saturday, makes replay between pats and martins a lottery. Feel sorry for patrons watching as they will be soaked through. darver is no place for championship football

And so the semi final pairings are set. Favourites looks to be a blues, martins final. Seems the county board think so seeing they have already fixed the final for Drogheda. If the Gaels do manage a miracle of getting to the final they should point blank refuse to play there. Haven't the blues got enough without getting home advantage again. Not writing off the dreadnots either. The semis might spring a surprise or two. Once again players asked to play on a Monday night. Is there no concept of player welfare. Lads getting to a semi final and asked to play Monday night in darver. Disgrace

It's unbelievable that the two senior semi-finals in mid October are fixed for two nights in a training pitch with no protection for supporters or players, one gate in and out of the field from a road that leads to a main road ,with major traffic queues before and after games . Funny a certain intermediate replay is fixed for a venue with a stand the same week.Has someone influence ?

The junior final is fixed for the Grove at 3.00pm.
Why not play it at 2.00 pm followed by a senior semi.
That happened before when caring people were around.
Hope clubs think about this before convention.
And it took more than one year to win the Leinster.

Some win for Hunterstown. Ryan burnes showing us why he's county level(possible all star aswell).
Great win for the tones and good to see them stay up for another year aswell. DYI back into junior after a few years staying up after the lensteir win. I think jocks will be too good for gaels and I'm going with an upset Clogher to beat blues.
Plunketts to win the junior aswell.
On a separate note good to see john small gone from Dublin. Lensteir championship looking open again for next year...

Fair play to Wolfe Tones for not losing heart this year, despite a few wallopings in the IFC. Great win for them last night against Young Irelands to secure their intermediate status. Disaster for DYI though..

Hunterstown v Stabannon now in IFC final. Could be a better game than the senior final!
