No probs at all 19616609. Another fact that I forgot to put in was that Brennan guided us to a Leinster final last year. This was the first time since 1958 that Louth did back to back Leinster finals. He then guided us to another Leinster final this year when we landed the holy grail. It was the first time since 1914 that we played in 3 Leinster finals in a row.

I can't imagine we will be able to avoid the Dublin Meath side of the draw for the 4th year in a row.

LMFM this morning saying Gavin Devlin is the preferred man and on the verge of taking the gig within the next week or so.

I am happy with that, very astute guy , and knows what's needed at top level of intercounty football.

Congratulations to Aine Breen, captain of our team who will contest the All-Ireland Ladies junior final, on being selected as ladies footballer of the month for June. Well done.

Hate to say it but Clans are in serious bother now at the bottom of Div 2

Sad to see Clans in this position. They are a great club with excellent facilities and some great players.. hopefully they will pull through. They have to play Kevin's (a draw in first phase ) and Plunketts who they beat in phase 1. All is not lost.

Looks like Devlin will be ratified tonight, with Peter Dooley staying on as a coach

Losing is a hard habit to break, they had it all to do. Sean o mahony's could be in danger in div 1. Not great for the town of Dundalk at present

Yeah wee were lucky with the way the draws worked out for us the last few years. Louth have never reached four Leinster finals in a row. Leinster is gonna be a battlefield next year with ourselves, Meath, Dublin, Kildare and Offaly.

O Mahonys have done very well to stay in Div 1 for a long time

Clans v Plunketts in what is a relegation play off if St Kevin's don't lose

Gaels are flying though and have plenty of young lads, including a few who were with and started with Louth 20s

Team of the season so far has to be St Joseph's, Already winners of the Paddy Sheelan, in final of Div 1 league Sat week and done mostly without that young McCaul lad who seems to be injured a long time now

Themselves, Martins and Blues same group in the championship is one you couldn't call who will finish were at this stage

Clans a junior team next year. Omahonys in a play off to stay up against mattock which won't be easy. Gaels are going well. Gets, Islanders and naps struggling and D'hill a disaster. One out of seven isn't good

Good luck to our Ladies in Croke Park today. Wouldn't it be wonderful if they brought us our third cup this year.

feel for them as a Dundalk man but not surprised to see the Clans go down, I'd say you have to go back to the 1950s since they last played junior league football. I don't think they'll do any better in the IFC either, might be a double relegation

Who are the Dundalk and Drogheda clubs really going well? The Gaels I suppose, the Tones in Drogheda (even though they'll probably find it hard going at IFC level). The town team that always set the example in maximizing their resources was the Newtown Blues, had a decent league in the end after a very bad start but I think they'll struggle in champo

Clans were senior champions in the 50s, you'd have to go back much further. Dundalk teams all struggling at present apart from the Gaels who have just got promotion.

Clans were playing Division 3 football in 1954. In 1959 they won the Senior Championship.

The Blues are also maximising their resources of other Drawda clubs and other clubs around the Drawda area.

Congratulations to the Louth ladies on a fantastic win. Katie Flood what a servant she was to the Louth team and the Pats team.

All roads lead to Pentony Park today for the Battle of the Boyne Drawda clash between the super Raghs and the Tones in the Division 2/Division 3 promotion relegation match. It should be some match. I think the Tones might sneak it.
