Slashers down 2 of their best with Daire O'Brien suspended and Sean Clarke injured and they also lost Dermot Brady very early. Tadhg McNevin also only coming on, I think Slashers and Clonguish are just not at the level of Killoe or Mullinalaghta." Jack Duggan, Johnny Burke, Cian Sutton and Liam Sheridan would all be starters. Peter Hanley would also be considered a starter. 3 injured, 1 suspended and 1 will be back from America in a week or 2. I went to the games in Newtown and Killoe over the weekend. Killoe won at a stroll. Colmcille were very poor. You could see Killoe could up it a few notches if needed but they did not need to. I was told they have a few lads back from America as well to come in off the bench. Clonguish looked very impressive in the second half. Slashers do not look fit at all. Clonguish ran them into the ground in the second half. Who were the 5 players missing as I was told they had up on 7 missing for various reasons? Cian Sutton regular full back suspended. Peter Hanley regular midfielder injured. Johnny Burke regular centre forward injured. Liam Sheridan regular corner forward injured. Jack Duggan regular starter until he went to America for the summer. You can also throw in Ross and Adam Shields who are 2 long term injuries who might still play some part in the Championship.
